This is a demonstration build. The operator named on this site, Alex Tan — Demo Agent of Example Property Agency, is fictional, and the enquiry form does not send your details anywhere. Before this site goes live, this policy will be updated with the actual operator's details.
1. Who We Are
This website is an independent enquiry page for Wynwood Grand, operated by a CEA-licensed real estate salesperson (the "operator"). It is not the official website of the developer, City Developments Limited, and the operator does not act for the developer unless this is stated with evidence on this site.

2. What We Collect
When you register your interest, we collect:
- Your full name.
- Your Singapore mobile number.
- Your email address.
- What you would like to receive: the e-brochure, the price list and floor plans, or a showflat appointment.
- Your consent to be contacted, and the date and time you gave it.
We do not ask for your NRIC number, income or other financial details through this site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry about Wynwood Grand and related property information, including sending unit mix, floor plans, price lists and launch or showflat updates when they are released, and contacting you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp as you consented to.
4. Consent And Withdrawal
We contact you only with your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the operator using the details in section 1. After you withdraw, we will stop contacting you about this project within a reasonable time.
If your number is registered with the Do Not Call Registry, your consent on this form allows us to contact you about this enquiry. You can withdraw that consent as described above.
5. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. Your details may be shared with the operator's real estate agency for compliance and record-keeping, and with service providers who help deliver enquiries, under obligations to protect the data. On this demonstration build, no data is shared with anyone.
6. Maps And Third-Party Content
Maps on this site are static images. No third-party map service, advertising pixel or analytics tool is loaded.
7. Storage And Protection
We take reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure or similar risks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep your data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete it.
After you submit the form, your first name is held briefly in your browser's session storage so the thank-you page can greet you, and is removed as soon as that page opens.
8. Access And Correction
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you by contacting the operator. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.
9. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
